Lime Wheels

Ingredients

1 lime

Directions:

Using a fork, start at one end of the lime, and move the fork down to the other end of the lime, slightly piercing the skin. Repeat this process around the entire lime. Remove the ends and cut the lime into 1/4-inch thick slices. Make a slit by cutting through the peel and halfway into the flesh, and fit the slit over the rim of the glass.
