Melon Balls on a Skewer

Serves: 2

Print this Recipe

You will need a melon ball scoop to make the melon balls. It has two different-sized rounded spoons on each end and is available in gourmet food shops or the kitchen section of hardware stores. However, you can also cut out cubes of melon and the garnish will remain attractive.

1/2 cantaloupe, honeydew, or watermelon, seeded
   2 (6-inch) wooden skewers

Using a melon ball scoop, scoop out balls. Thread three to four balls on each skewer.
