Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) can sockeye salmon
3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 cup non fat milk
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs
1/2 large sweet onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and place in a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
