Baked Stuffed Tilapia

Ingredients

2 pounds fresh or frozen tilapia filets
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon minced red onion
3 cups bread crumbs
6 tablespoons polyunsaturated margarine, melted

Directions:

Mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion bread crumbs and half the margarine until moist.

Place a layer of half of the fish in a glass baking dish, cover with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the remaining fish on top of the breadcrumbs and brush the fish with the remaining margarine.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
