Pan Stuffing

1 (8-ounce) package herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 cup low salt chicken stock
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chestnut meat, chopped
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/2 teaspoon sage
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
1 cup non fat milk
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, drained


Cook the onion and celery in the chicken stock until softened. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered in a shallow pan at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
