Mushrooms and Peas

Serves: 6
Total Calories: 95


2 tablespoons polyunsaturated margarine
1 pound brown mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen green peas


Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the sliced mushrooms and salt and sauté until mushrooms begin to brown. Add the peas and continue to heat until the peas are cooked, but still crunchy, about 15 minutes.
