Kalamata Olives and Tomatoes

Serves: 4

2 large tomatoes, cored and sliced thinly
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
12 kalamata olives, pitted and halved


Arrange the tomatoes spread out on a platter. Sprinkle with salt and then spread the feta cheese over the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and warm under a broiler for 2 minutes. Garnish with the olives.
