Mix the lime juice, orange juice, ginger, garlic, allspice, caraway seeds, black pepper, molasses and Southern Comfort. Dredge the halibut in the marinade, Wrap the fish in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Mix the orange juice, mustard and vinegar in a bowl and whisk in the olive oil.
In a frying pan, grill the halibut for 3 minutes on each side, basting with the sauce. Add the green olives and serve over a leafy green lettuce.
