Green Beans with Pimiento and Black Olives

Serves: 6


1 package frozen French-style green bean
1 tablespoon polyunsaturated margarine
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 small can sliced black olives
1/2 teaspoon capers
1 pimiento cut in strips


Melt the margarine in a saucepan. Add the onions and sauté until lightly browned. Add the green beans and salt, cover and cook until tender. Stir in the black olives, capers and pimiento and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes until warm.
