Broccoli Casserole

5 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup skim milk
1 (10-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1 cup unflavored bread crumbs
1/2 cup liquid egg substitute, cooked and chopped
1/8 pound polyunsaturated margarine, melted


Cut the broccoli into serving-size pieces. Place the broccoli in the bottom of a glass baking dish and add the milk and mushroom soup. Cover the broccoli with the chopped egg, top with breadcrumbs and melted margarine. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
