Afghan Yogurt Drink / Doh

Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt whey or plain whole-milk yogurt
1/2 cup club soda
1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh or more to taste
1 teaspoon mint leaves dried
1/2 teaspoon salt, or more to taste
Ice cubes, for serving

Directions:

Combine the yogurt whey, club soda, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, mint and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small pitcher or glass and stir to mix. Correct the seasoning, adding salt or lemon juice to taste. Pour into a tall glass over ice to serve.

Can be multiplied as desired
