Spaghetti and Meatballs

Serves: 6

1 (28-ounce) can tomato, cut up
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup burgundy wine or red wine vinegar or grape juice
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, , chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
16 ounces cooked, drained spaghetti
grated Parmesan cheese


In a large pot, combine first 10 ingredients. Bring to a boil add frozen meatballs. Simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over spaghetti and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
