Oven Meatballs

Serves: 18

3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 teaspoons salt
3 pounds ground beef


In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, onion, and salt. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 72 1-inch balls. Place half of the meatballs on a jelly roll pan and bake at 375° F. for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool repeat with remaining meatballs.

Place cooled meatballs on a cookie sheet and freeze until firm. Package 24 frozen meatballs per freezer bag, seal, label, and freeze.
