Meatball Nuggets

Serves: 30
Total Calories: 80


2 cups bread crumbs, soft
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound bulk pork sausage
1 (5-ounce) can water chestnut, drained, minced


Combine first 5 ingredients add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze firm wrap in foil or place in freezer bag. Label and return to freezer.

When ready to serve, place frozen meatballs on a baking sheet with sides. Bake at 350° F. for 35-40 minutes. Keep warm to serve in a chafing dish, slow-cooker, or electric skillet.
