Cut steak into 6 portions trim fat. Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspon pepper. In skillet, brown steaks in heated oil. Remove steaks. In same skillet, brown onion. Return steaks add water. Simmer, covered, 1 hour. Remove steaks to 11 x 7-inch baking dish reserve drippings.
Blend soup and milk stir into reserved drippings. Add thyme and oregano. Pour over steaks. Cover, label, and freeze.
To serve, thaw. Bake, covered, at 350° F for about 60 minutes or until hot throughout.
