German Meatballs

1 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules or 2 cubes
1/2 cup coarse ginger snap, crumbs
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Oven Meatballs
Hot Cooked Rice


Bring pineapple juice, water, and bouillon to a boil. Add gingersnap crumbs, brown sugar, raisins and lemon juice cook and stir until gingersnaps dissolve. Add frozen meatballs. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until meatballs are thawed, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot rice.
