1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Combine egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and oregano. Add ground beef and mix well. Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape each into a small loaf. Or, pat each portion into a mini loaf pan. Wrap, label, and freeze.

To serve, bake meat loaves, uncovered, on a baking sheet or in individual pans, at 375° F for 40-45 minutes or until done. Meanwhile, combine ketchup, sugar, mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Spoon sauce over meat loaves during final 10 minutes of baking.
