Ham and Apple Pancakes

    1 (21-ounce) can apple pie filling
   2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
   1 cup milk
   2 eggs
   1 1/2 cups diced fully cooked ham
   1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
   Ground cinnamon, if desired

1. Heat pie filling until warm; keep warm. Spray griddle or 10-inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat griddle to 375° or heat skillet over medium heat.

2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs in large bowl until blended. Fold in ham and cheese. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle.

3. Cook pancakes until dry around edges. Turn; cook other sides until golden brown. Top with pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon.
