Marinate pork shoulder
Morning of dinner:
Prepare prune almond tart
Prepare gratin
Prepare almonds with sea salt
3 hours before dinner:
Cook pork shoulder
30 minutes before dinner:
Cover gratin with aluminum foil and reheat
Prepare sautéed spinach
15 minutes before dinner:
Remove foil from gratin and continue to heat
