Directions:

MENU MANAGER

1 day before dinner:
Prepare savory tart crust
Morning of dinner:
Caramelize onions and set aside
Roast shallots
Prepare tangerine vinaigrette
4 hours before dinner:
Prepare shortbread tart disks
Prepare remaining dessert components
1 hour before dinner:
Roast asparagus
Assemble salad without dressing
10 minutes before dinner:
Prepare poached eggs
