Turkey Sausage Scramble*


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 250

Ingredients

1 pound raw turkey sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups eggs substitute
1 (15-ounce) can cream-style corn

Directions:

1. Cut each sausage into 4 pieces (use kitchen shears if you have them).

2. Sauté sausage and onions until sausage is no longer pink inside and onions are soft. A nonstick skillet works best for this.

3. Add the corn and egg substitute and scramble until set. It is ready to serve.
