Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) can pineapple juice (1 1/2 cups), chilled
1 cup apricot nectar chilled
4 teaspoons limes freshly squeezed juice
4 teaspoons brown sugar
8 to 12 dashes aromatic bitters

Directions:

Place pineapple juice, apricot nectar and lime juice in a pitcher. Stir until combined. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.

To serve, place about 1/2 cup of crushed ice in each glass. Pour in 5 ounces of juice mixture. Add 2 to 3 dashes bitters to each glass and serve.

Note: Bitters gives the beverage a unique exotic flavor. It can be found in the specialty beverage section of your supermarket. If you prefer, mocktail can be made without the bitters for a plain fruit drink.
