Cappuccino Au Chocolat

Ingredients

1/2 cup milk
2 instant chocolate milk mixes
1 coffee rounded teaspoon instant regular or decaffeinated powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/3 cup water boiling
whipped cream or whipped topping
Chocolate curls or sprinkles

Directions:

In a small saucepan over medium heat, heat milk just until bubbles form around edges (do not boil) set aside.

Place chocolate-flavor milk mix, coffee powder and brown sugar in a 10-ounce mug. Add boiling water and stir until blended and brown sugar dissolves.

Place heated milk in a blender container. Cover and blend until foamy. Quickly but carefully, pour foamy milk into coffee mixture. Stir until blended.

Top with whipped cream or topping and sprinkle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
