Celebration Punch

Ingredients

2 cups hot water
1 1/3 cups sugar
2 cups water cold
1 (6-ounce) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6-ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
4 bananas ripe pureed
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale chilled

Directions:

In a large bowl, pour hot water over sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Add cold water cool.

Add pineapple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and bananas stir until concentrates are melted. Pour into a 2 1/2- or 3-quart plastic container. Cover and freeze at least 24 hours.

To serve, thaw frozen mixture for 15 to 30 minutes. Place in a punch bowl. Stir to break up any large frozen pieces. Stir in ginger ale. Serve in stemmed glasses.
