Dill Dressing

1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar
1 teaspoon dill weed dried weed, crushed
1/2 teaspoon onion grated
black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoon milk (optional)


In a small bowl, stir mayonnaise, lemon juice or vinegar, dill weed, onion and pepper until well blended. Thin with milk to desired consistency. Cover and chill to develop flavor.

Serve over seafood salads, sliced tomatoes or salad greens.
