Ingredients

2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans green beans, drained
1 (14-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 tablespoons ranch salad dressing mix
1 (8-ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped cashews

Directions:

Place beans in a greased one-quart casserole dish; set aside. In a small bowl, mix together soup, milk and dressing mix. Pour soup mixture over beans; set aside. In a small skillet sprayed with non-stick vegetable spray, cook mushrooms until golden and lightly crunchy. Spoon mushrooms over soup mixture; top with cheese and cashews. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until heated through.

Tip: A container of sour cream will stay fresh & tasty longer if you stir in a teaspoon or two of white vinegar after first opening it.
