_ small unpeeled zucchini, thinly sliced (3 cups)
_ cup Original Bisquick®
_ medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
___ cup grated Parmesan cheese
___ cup vegetable oil
_ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
___ teaspoon salt
___ teaspoon seasoned salt
___ teaspoon dried marjoram or oregano leaves
_ clove garlic, finely chopped
_ eggs, slightly beaten
1. Heat oven to 350°. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches.
2. Stir all ingredients until blended. Spread in pan.
3. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch squares; cut squares diagonally in half into triangles.
