Summertime Shrimp Rounds

Ingredients

1 (5-ounce) container garlic-and-herb or herb soft spreadable cheese
4 onion or plain bagels, cut horizontally in half
32 medium shrimp, cleaned and cooked
1 small cucumber, cut lengthwise in half and sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup chopped green onions or red onion
8 cherry tomatoes

Directions:

Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each bagel half. Arrange 4 shrimp and 4 cucumber slices on each. Sprinkle with onions. Insert toothpicks into cherry tomatoes. Place in sandwiches.
