Pita Sandwiches

Ingredients

8 pita bread (6 inches in diameter)
1/2 pound cooked sliced turkey
1/2 pound cooked sliced roast beef
8 tomatoes slices
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
Peppery Mustard Sauce
Horseradish Sauce
PEPPERY MUSTARD SAUCE
3/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
HORSERADISH SAUCE
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons apple cider

Directions:

Split each pita bread halfway around edge with knife separate to form pocket. Place 2 slices turkey or roast beef in each pocket top with tomato slice and sprouts. Serve sandwiches with Peppery Mustard Sauce and Horseradish Sauce

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor cover and blend or process until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator

Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Refrigerate covered until chilled.
