Poppy Seed Bread with Orange Glaze

Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Orange Glaze

Orange Glaze:
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon butter extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine eggs, oil, and sugar in large bowl; mix well. Combine flour, salt, and baking powder in bowl. Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with milk, mixing well after each addition. Add butter extract, almond extract, vanilla, and poppy seeds; mix well. Pour into greased and floured 6x10-inch loaf pan. Bake for one hour. Remove from pan. Let cool on wire rack.

Brush Orange Glaze on top, sides and bottom of bread with pastry brush. Repeat frequently until all glaze is used. Wrap in waxed paper, then in foil to store. Freezes well.

Orange Glaze:
Combine sugar, orange juice, butter extract, almond extract, and vanilla in bowl; mix well.
