Huckleberry Waffles

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cake flour
1/4 cup oat bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups huckleberries

Directions:

Sift together flour, bran, baking powder, and sugar. Beat egg yolks. Add to butter. Stir into dry ingredients until dry particles are just moistened. Beat egg whites stiff. Fold into batter along with huckleberries. Bake on preheated waffle iron.
