Old-Fashioned Apple Crumb Pie

Ingredients

6 cups apples sliced peeled tart (about 6 medium)
1 frozen pie crust unbaked
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup butter or margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°.

Evenly arrange apples in pie shell. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of the sugar and cinnamon sprinkle over apples.

In a small bowl, mix flour and remaining 1/2 cup sugar. With a pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake 40 minutes or until apples are tender. Cool slightly before serving,
