When preparing the Mint Lime Watermelon, chop an additional 8 cups of watermelon and save for the Ginger Watermelon Italian Ice on Day 4.

Cook extra chicken so you have leftovers. Cube leftover chicken to use on Day 3, Berry Salad with Chicken and Feta.

Grill extra corn when making the Grilled Vegetable Platter. You will use the leftover corn on Day 4 in the Grilled Corn Pasta Salad.
