Serve alone or with Zucchini Pasta with Marinara (see Zucchini Pasta Al Pesta recipe) for an Italian dinner.
1/3 cup Walnut Pâté (see next recipe in this meal plan)
3 tablespoons Marinara Sauce
Form the pâte into 2 or 3 balls and put on a serving plate. Cover each ball with a thin coating of the sauce. Serve immediately.
Pesto Not Meatballs: Replace the Marinara Sauce with 3 tablespoons of Pesto (recipes found in Dips, Pâtes, And Savory Sauces chapter).
