Dovetailing Tips: Today you can make a huge difference by preparing all your chicken for the week. You need 2 chicken brests for this meal, and if you cut and cook an extra pound you will be way ahead for Thursday's meal. I will warn you that Thursday's recipe does not call for it pre-cooked, but I like to pre-cook mine and then toss it in to the mixture Thursday. If you choose not to cook it today, at least take the time to get it all cut in to strips since you will already have the cutting board out and gooey!

Another thing you will notice is that we will use strawberries several times this week because they are coming back in to season. I would caution you against slicing them ahead of time. Once they get washed and sliced they go bad very quickly and we wouldn't want to spend time and money on something you can't use at the end of the week when it is called for.



Dovetailing Tips: Today is pretty easy and straight forward. Simply cut an additional pound of broccoli florets and save them for tomorrow!
