Tomatillo Salsa


Serves: 5
Yield: 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

1 cup diced tomatillos
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.

2. Serve as is, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
