Green Onion Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup raw or untoasted pine nuts
3 large scallion coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard seeds

Directions:

1. Place the pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until completely blended. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until fully combined.

2. Use the sauce immediately, or transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the sauce to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before serving.
