Sweet Ginger Dressing


Serves: 5

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup raw or untoasted sesame oil
4 tablespoons Nama Shoyu, or 3 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
3 tablespoons minced ginger
2 tablespoons white miso
1 tablespoon raw honey

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until completely combined.

2. Use dressing immediately, or transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the dressing to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before using.

Tastes Great With . . . Wilted Spinach Salad or Spinach Salad with Pineapple and Jicama.
