Sesame Miso Dressing


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 300
Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup raw or untoasted sesame oil
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu, or 1 1/2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 teaspoon white miso

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until completely combined.

2. Use the dressing immediately, or transfer to a container and refrigerate until ready to use. If refrigerating, allow the dressing to return to room temperature and stir vigorously before using.

Tastes Great With . . .
Wilted Spinach Salad or Seaweed Salad.

For a Change . . .
* Use other types of miso for a variety in flavor.
