Acorn Squash with Cranberries (or Cherries)

Ingredients

2 medium acorn squash halved and deseeded
4 tablespoons fresh or dried cranberries (or dried cherries)
4 tablespoons maple sugar or honey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put halved acorn squash in a shallow baking dish, cut side up. Put 1 Tbsp. of cran berries (or cherries) in each half. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. maple sugar or honey each. Bake for 1 hour.
