Corn Muffins, Buttermilk

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup cornmeal
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir together oil, eggs and buttermilk until well blended. Pour into dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
