Ingredients

3/4 pound lean ground beef
3/4 pound lean ground pork
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. If mixture seems too wet, add more bread crumbs. Form mixture lightly into meatballs, using about 2 tablespoons of mixture for each one. Place meatballs on an ungreased rimmed baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until no longer pink in the center. Meatballs may also be added to pasta sauce and simmered on the stovetop until cooked through, about 45 minutes.

Tip: Making lots of meatballs? Grab a mini ice cream scoop or melon baller and start scooping...you’ll be done in record time!
