5 potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese
Bake potatoes on 400 for 35-40 minutes. Cut in half and scoop out the middles. Mix the middles with the remaining ingredients and refill potato skins. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
