1 German chocolate cake mix
1 cup butter
35 caramels candy
12 hershey bars
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup water
Mix cake according to package and divide in half. To half of the batter add 1 stick of butter and 1/2 of the sweetened condensed milk. Bake in sheet cake pan on 350 for 20-25 minutes. Melt caramels, 1 stick of butter, and the rest of the milk and pour over the top of the cake. Top with the rest of the cake batter and bake for another 25-30 minutes. While hot place hershey bars on top of cake and spread around for frosting.
