Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients

1 loaf Rhodes Bread Dough or 8 Rhodes Texas Rolls or 12 Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed and risen
3/4 cup pizza sauce
SUGGESTED TOPPINGS
pepperoni,
sausage, browned
green pepper, sliced
mushrooms, sliced
onion, diced
olives, sliced
tomato, diced
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Press dough into a ball. Roll into a 14-inch circle. Place into a 12-inch deep dish sprayed pizza pan. Cover with sprayed plastic wrap. Let rise 30 minutes. Remove wrap. Pre-bake crust at 400°F 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce over crust. Add desired toppings, and top with cheese. Bake at 350°F 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
