Chattaroy Gardens Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 head cauliflower
2 cups sliced carrots
2 green peppers
1 medium white onion
1 can cut green beans, drained

Directions:

Mix tomato soup, oil, sugar, vinegar, prepared mustard, and Worcestershire. Cut cauliflower into flowerets. Boil lightly. Boil sliced carrots lightly. Cut green peppers into rings or bite size. Slice and separate onion into rings. Drain green beans. Mix vegetables together. Mix marinade well and pour over vegetables. Let set for 2 days.
