Preheat oven to 400°. Wrap each egg, using wet hands, in 1/4 pound of the sausage to form a ball. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 400° for 30–40 minutes, or until browned. Drain. Serve with Cream Curry Sauce.
Creamy Curry Sauce:
Combine curry powder with white sauce in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until warm. Serve warm. Makes 2 cups sauce.
