Rhubarb Nut Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup oil
1 egg
1 cup sour milk or buttermilk
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb
------------------------------
Topping:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

In a bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, and rest of ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Sprinkle with Topping mixture. Bake in greased 9x5-inch loaf pan or 9x13-inch baking pan at 325° for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
