4 flour tortillas
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 ounces peeled and deveined shrimp
1 15-ounce can black beans, drained
1 chopped tomato
3 thinly sliced green onions
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/ teaspoon salt
In a skillet fry shrimp in oil until pink. In a mixing bowl mash 1/2 of the beans then add the rest of the beans. Mix the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients in with the beans. Serve with warm tortillas.
