10 ounces halibut steaks
Lettuce
Tomato
8 taco shells
Green bell pepper
Onion
Salsa:
1 ear corn
1 avocado
3 tomatoes
1 onion - small diced
Cilantro
1 lime juiced
Cut your halibut into 3 x 2 inch strips. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Sauté onions and peppers with you halibut in a little bit of olive oil.
Cut corn off of the cob and cook separately in a small amount of water. Dice tomatoes, half of the avocado, and cilantro. Add half of lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Add corn and serve.
